Champagne Marlène Delong was founded in 1966 and is currently managed by two independent winemakers. About ten years ago, they began transitioning to organic viticulture practices. They use indigenous yeast, hand-harvest and handle the grapes, and do not filter their champagnes. Additionally, they have eliminated the use of insecticides. Their entire production process is centered around a deep respect for nature, with natural rhythms honored throughout the wine's evolution. While most of their current champagnes are de facto organic, their first certified organic champagne will be available for sale in 2025.

DOSAGE
Vintage 2016. Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot noir) grown using sustainable viticulture practices. This is a natural Champagne in its entire expression: unfiltered, aged with its own yeasts and a natural, complete malolactic fermentation.
Aged for at least 5 years in the darkness of the winemaker’s cellars, this Champagne has got a deep golden colour and stands out as a rich and powerful cuvée. Its nose releases a beautiful finesse that opens onto notes of dried fruits and spices. Its fresh, slightly spicy mouth reveals a hint of cherry.
