Champagne Marlène Delong was founded in 1966 and is currently managed by two independent winemakers. About ten years ago, they began transitioning to organic viticulture practices. They use indigenous yeast, hand-harvest and handle the grapes, and do not filter their champagnes. Additionally, they have eliminated the use of insecticides. Their entire production process is centered around a deep respect for nature, with natural rhythms honored throughout the wine's evolution. While most of their current champagnes are de facto organic, their first certified organic champagne will be available for sale in 2025.

ESPRIT PINOT MEUNIER | Marlène Delong

€41.95Price

Vintage 2019. 100% Pinot Meunier, grown using sustainable viticulture practices. This is a natural Champagne in its full expression: unfiltered, aged with its own natural yeasts, and undergoing complete natural malolactic fermentation.

Aged for at least four years in the darkness of the winemaker’s cellars, it has a pale yellow color. This cuvée reveals a floral nose with hints of toast. On the palate, it is fruity and floral, with notes of grapefruit and red fruits.

Generous with an added depth and complexity, this cuvée embodies Marlène Delong’s local terroir and philosophy.
